Will started his career in the Royal Marines where he learned to fly, operated light helicopters off ships and in combat. He went on to fly larger military twin helicopters in the Arctic and in the jungle before leaving the military.
Since then he has flown numerous types of aircraft from twin turbo props to single and twin helicopters, working with a number of private owners and operating from private yachts. Has worked as part of a management team in the airline field, operating a number of airliners, including short haul twin and wide body long haul aircraft all over the world.
